This position supports the marketing efforts of our non‑profit organization, helping promote our mission, programs, and services through creative and engaging digital marketing. This role is ideal for a creative, detail‑oriented professional with experience in Word Press, Hub Spot, social media, and graphic design who is passionate about using marketing to make a positive community impact.

Required:

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Graphic Design, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
• Strong graphic design skills with experience designing digital media.
• Proficiency in design tools such as Canva or similar.
• Experience managing or supporting social media accounts for a brand or organization.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.

Preferred:

• Experience working with Word Press.
• Experience using Hub Spot or similar CRM/marketing automation platforms.
• Experience or interest in non‑profit marketing, advocacy, or mission‑driven organizations.
• Basic understanding of SEO, email marketing, and digital analytics.
• Experience creating content for fundraising, outreach, or educational campaigns.
• Photography or basic video editing skills are a plus.

X Light Work - Exerting up to 20 pounds of force occasionally, and/or up to 10 pounds of force frequently, and/or a negligible amount of force constantly (Constantly: activity or condition exists 2/3 or more of the time) to move objects. Physical demand requirements are in excess of those for Sedentary Work. Even though the weight lifted may be only a negligible amount, a job should be rated Light Work: (1) when it requires walking or standing to a significant degree;

or (2) when it requires sitting most of the time but entails pushing and/or pulling of arm or leg controls; and/or (3) when the job requires working at a production rate pace entailing the constant pushing and/or pulling of materials even though the weight of those materials is negligible.

NOTE:

The constant stress and strain of maintaining a production rate pace, especially in an industrial setting, can be and is physically demanding of a worker even though the amount of force exerted is negligible.
