Mansions Senior Living Communities is seeking an experienced Marketing Director with a background in senior living sales and marketing to lead occupancy growth and community outreach for our independent living community.

This role is ideal for a relationship-driven professional who excels at networking, hosting outreach events, and guiding seniors and their families through the decision-making process.

The Marketing Director is a highly visible representative of the community and plays a key role in driving occupancy through community outreach, referral relationships, tours, and marketing events.

Candidates with senior living sales experience and outreach event planning expertise are strongly preferred.

What We’re Looking For We are prioritizing candidates with experience in:

Senior Living Sales & Marketing Independent Living or Assisted Living Communities Community Outreach & Referral Development Event Planning & Marketing Events Hospitality or property leasing (secondary background)
Candidates who have previously worked as Senior Living Marketing Directors, Community Relations Directors, or Sales Counselors will be strongly considered.

Key Responsibilities Senior Living Sales & Lead Management Respond to internet leads and referral inquiries

Conduct community tours for prospective residents and families

Guide seniors and their families through the decision-making process

Maintain strong follow-up with prospects

Track leads and activity within the CRM system

Convert qualified leads into move-ins while achieving occupancy goals

Community Outreach & Referral Development Build relationships with hospitals, physicians, senior service providers, and local organizations

Network within the community to generate referrals

Represent the Mansions brand professionally at community outreach events

Marketing Events Plan and host marketing events designed to bring prospects and referral partners into the community.

Required quarterly events include:

Prospect events

Family & friends events

Vendor or referral partner events

Events should generate qualified leads and strengthen relationships with the community.

Marketing & Brand Promotion Assist with advertising and social media initiatives

Maintain knowledge of competing communities

Ensure marketing materials align with company brand standards

Maintain excellent curb appeal including signage and promotional materials

Qualifications2+ years of senior living sales and marketing experience preferred

Proven experience conducting community tours and converting leads to move-ins Experience planning marketing or outreach events

Strong networking and relationship-building skills

Excellent communication and customer service skills

Compassion for working with seniors and their families

Self-motivated with strong organizational skills

Additional Requirements Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation

Acceptable driving record and personal auto insurance

Ability to pass background screening and drug test Flexible schedule including occasional evenings or weekends for events

Ability to walk, stand, bend, and lift up to 50 pounds
