Job Description
The Donor Data Manager is responsible for maintaining the integrity, accuracy, and security of the YMCA of Greater Oklahoma City's donor databases. This role supports the Y's fundraising efforts by managing donor records, generating reports, processing gifts, and ensuring database integrity. The ideal candidate is detail‑oriented, highly organized, and comfortable working with donor management systems and financial data. This position is an in‑person role, with work hours of Monday‑Friday, 9 am‑2 pm, located at the YMCA of Greater Oklahoma City's Association Office (500 N. Broadway
Ave, Oklahoma City). The position reports to the Vice President of Financial Development. Occasional (2–3 times per year) evening and weekend hours will be expected for special events.

Responsibilities Database Management- Maintain and update donor records in the organization’s CRMs (SGA Pulse and Funraise)
- Ensure data accuracy and consistency
- Perform regular data clean‑up and duplicate record management
- Establish and maintain data entry standards and procedures
- Manage online fundraising sites
- Record and reconcile online donations and ACH payments
- Coordinate with finance staff to ensure accurate reporting
- Maintain documentation for audit and compliance purposes
- Generate standard and custom reports for fundraising campaigns and leadership
- Track donor retention, acquisition, and giving trends
- Support segmentation and list pulls for appeals and campaigns
- Assist with year‑end reporting and annual audits
- Ensure compliance with data privacy regulations and best practices
- Maintain confidentiality of donor information
- 2+ years of experience working with databases or CRM systems
- Strong proficiency in Excel or Google Sheets
- High attention to detail and accuracy
- Ability to manage confidential information responsibly
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Experience in nonprofit development preferred
- Knowledge of fundraising best practices
- Experience with data imports/exports and bulk updates
- Basic understanding of accounting principles related to gift processing
- Ability to create dashboards and visual reports
- Detail-oriented and analytical
- Self‑motivated and able to work independently
- Strong written and verbal communication skills

$15.00 per hour
