, our QA Registered Nurse is a cornerstone of operational excellence. This role ensures our OASIS documentation, regulatory compliance, and patient records meet Medicare Conditions of Participation — while also stepping into triage support one weekend per month.

- Conduct comprehensive OASIS review for accuracy and compliance
- Audit clinical documentation to ensure adherence to Medicare regulations
- Provide structured documentation feedback and education to field clinicians
- Monitor quality indicators and assist with performance improvement initiatives
Maintain continuous survey readiness - Collaborate with clinical leadership on compliance strategy
- Rotate one weekend per month providing RN triage coverage
This is a high-accountability role essential to both compliance and reimbursement integrity.
What We’re Looking For- Active Oklahoma RN license (Required)
- Previous Home Health Quality Assurance experience REQUIRED
- Strong working knowledge of OASIS, Medicare regulations, and Conditions of Participation
- Prior experience conducting chart audits
- Ability to provide professional, constructive documentation feedback
- Organized, analytical, and compliance-focused mindset
Candidates without direct Home Health QA experience will not be considered.
