American Traveler is seeking an experienced RN for a Neonatal ICU night shift position requiring BLS and NRP certifications and the ability to float within pediatric units.

• Position is based in a hospital Neonatal ICU
• Night shifts from 7PM to 7AM with a 3-day per week schedule
• Required to float to all pediatric units as needed
• Patient population includes neonatal and critically ill infants
• Not open to local candidates; 50 mile radius rule applies
• Responsible for direct care, medication administration, and monitoring neonatal physiological status
• Expected to interact with families regarding patient care plans and discharge processes
• Position involves working collaboratively with physicians and delegating tasks to support staff

• Active Oklahoma or compact RN license required
• Minimum of one year NICU experience required
• Associate's Degree in Nursing from an accredited program required
• Basic Life Support (BLS) and Neonatal Resuscitation Program (NRP) certifications from AHA are required
• Must possess strong nursing theory knowledge, organizational, and communication skills
• Some computer proficiency required
• BSN preferred
