Position: Travel RN - Cath Lab - Electrophysiology (EP)
American Traveler is seeking an experienced RN for an Electrophysiology (EP) Lab position requiring at least 2 years of recent Cath Lab experience and current AHA certifications.

Job Details

• Procedural nursing role in a hospital Electrophysiology (EP) Lab,

• Day shift schedule, 5 days per week, 8-hour shifts (40 hours/week),

• 13-week contract,

• Stepdown/PCU background is expected in addition to Cath Lab experience,

Job Requirements

• Active RN license issued by the Oklahoma State Board of Nursing or a current multistate compact (eNLC) RN license,

• Minimum of 2 recent years of Cath Lab experience required,

• Current BLS, ACLS, and PALS certifications - all must be issued by the American Heart Association (AHA),

• Associate's Degree in Nursing (ADN) from an accredited program required; BSN preferred,

• Stepdown/PCU experience required,

• Travel nursing experience required (Level
1),

• Candidates must reside more than 50 miles from the facility to be eligible for this position,

• Full date of birth (DOB) required for consideration,

Additional Information

• Provides nursing care under general supervision in the Electrophysiology Lab specialty area,

• Responsibilities include patient assessment, medication administration, IV management, monitoring physiological data, assisting physicians during procedures, and coordinating with support staff,

• BSN from a board-approved program is preferred,

• Travelers who have previously worked at this facility may extend one time for a maximum of 26 weeks total; a 6-month separation period is required before returning for another contract,

• Compliance deadlines (drug screens, background checks, medical requirements) are strictly enforced and must be initiated immediately upon offer acceptance
