Travel RN – Mother/Baby (Days)

Oklahoma City, Oklahoma

Hours:

7:00 AM – 7:00 PM

• Utilize the nursing process to assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care for Mother/Baby patients
• Maintain professional accountability for the provision of care for assigned patients
• Evaluate the overall effectiveness of care provided by other direct care givers
• Coordinate patient care in conjunction with other departments and interdisciplinary teams
• Maintain patient rights and ensure confidentiality of all patient information
• Float to other units as needed per facility requirements

• Active Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of Oklahoma
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required
• Neonatal Resuscitation Program (NRP) certification required
• Minimum 2 years of experience as a Registered Nurse
• Proficiency with EPIC EMR
• Ability to work weekends as required by the facility

• Prior experience in a Mother/Baby or Labor and Delivery setting
• Familiarity with postpartum and newborn care protocols

• Work at a facility recognized with a Leapfrog Hospital Safety Grade "A," reflecting a strong commitment to patient safety and quality care
• Experience Oklahoma City's vibrant culture, including arts districts, outdoor recreation, professional sports, and the iconic Route 66
