Registered Nurse (RN) | Cardiac Catheterization Lab
Location: Lawton, OK

Contract Duration: 13 Weeks

About the Position

The role is for a qualified Cath Lab RN in Lawton, Oklahoma, to support cardiac and peripheral catheterization procedures including left and right heart cath, PTCA, stenting, thrombectomy, atherectomy, carotid diagnostic, pacemaker insertion, tilt table test, kyphoplasty, AV graft diagnostic, stent, and thrombectomy. The RN will work an 8‑hour day shift and rotate call covering evenings, nights, weekends, and holidays. Proficiency in patient monitoring and use of devices such as Philips Laser System, IVUS, OCT, and atherectomy equipment is required.

The RN will assist with pre‑procedure and post‑procedure duties, transport, and perform assignments as needed.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Monitoring patients during cath lab procedures using advanced imaging and monitoring equipment.
  • Assisting interventional cardiologists and surgeons during procedures.
  • Providing pre‑procedure and post‑procedure support to patients.
  • Managing call rotations and providing coverage on evenings, nights, weekends, and holidays.
  • Assisting with patient transport and general nursing duties as assigned.

Qualifications (implied from responsibilities):

  • Registered Nurse license in the state of Oklahoma.
  • Experience in cath lab or interventional cardiology setting preferred.
  • Strong clinical skills with imaging modalities such as IVUS, OCT, and atherectomy devices.
