• Active RN License.
• Degree from an accredited nursing program.
• BLS Certification.
• At least 18 months of recent experience in an acute care PCU/Step-down setting.
• Additional client‑facility requirements.

• Assess patient needs, identify physiologic and psychosocial changes, and utilize the nursing process to assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care.
• Collect, analyze, and interpret data from healthcare team members and document actual and potential nursing diagnoses.
• Document the patient’s plan of care using identified diagnoses, expected outcomes, and selected interventions.
• Initiate and evaluate patient and/or family education.
• Revise and document the plan of care based on evaluation, changes in medical plan, and effectiveness of interventions.
