Responsibilities:
- Assist residents with daily living activities including bathing, dressing, grooming, and personal hygiene.
- Accurately document all care provided, changes in residents' conditions, and any other pertinent information in electronic health records.
- Report any changes in residents' conditions or concerns to the nursing staff or supervisor in a timely manner.
- Work closely with other healthcare professionals, including nurses and physicians, to ensure cohesive and comprehensive care.
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in a skilled nursing facility or similar healthcare setting preferred.
- Ability to lift and move residents, as well as perform physical tasks associated with patient care.
- Current CNA certification in Oklahoma required.
