Job Summary:
Compassionate and attentive Certified Nursing Assistant with a strong passion for enhancing the quality of life for elderly residents in long-term care settings. Experienced in providing personalized, hands-on support with daily living activities while fostering dignity, comfort, and trust. Skilled in monitoring resident well-being, recognizing changes in condition, and collaborating closely with nursing teams to ensure consistent, high-quality care. Known for building meaningful connections with residents and families, creating a warm, supportive environment that feels like home.

Responsibilities:
Resident Care:
Assist residents with daily living activities including bathing, dressing, grooming, and personal hygiene. Anything else for resident care.Documentation:
Accurately document all care provided, changes in residents’ conditions, and any other pertinent information in electronic health records.Communication:
Report any changes in residents’ conditions or concerns to the nursing staff or supervisor in a timely manner.Team
Collaboration:
Work closely with other healthcare professionals, including nurses and physicians, to ensure cohesive and comprehensive care.
Qualifications:
Experience:
Previous experience in a skilled nursing facility or similar healthcare setting preferred.Physical Requirements:
Ability to lift and move residents, as well as perform physical tasks associated with patient care.Certifications:
Current CNA certification in Oklahoma required.
