Travel Nurse RN – Operating Room
Location:
Oklahoma City, OK
Agency: AMN Healthcare
Pay: $2,079 – $2,207 per week
Shift: 12‑hour day shifts, 3 days per week
Contract:
13 weeks, starting July 13, 2026
- Assist with surgical procedures and scrub duties in the operating room
- Monitor patients’ vital signs and response to anesthesia
- Collaborate with surgeons, anesthesiologists, and surgical staff to ensure safe and effective patient care
- Maintain accurate operative records and documentation in the electronic medical record system
- Ensure compliance with infection control, safety protocols, and facility policies
- Registered Nurse (RN) with an active Oklahoma license (compact accepted)
- Associate Degree in Nursing (ADN) or Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN)
- Passed the NCLEX‑RN exam
- Minimum 2 years of perioperative OR experience
- Minimum 1 year of travel nursing experience (or equivalent clinical nursing experience)
- Basic Life Support (BLS) certification (AHA)
- Preferable:
Certified Nurse Operating Room (CNOR) and Meditech EMR experience - Valid SSN, DOB, and one reference from full work history required
- Trauma Level I with at least 6 months experience
