Registered Nurse (RN) – Double weekends (Baylor 7:00 a.m.

- 11:00 p.m.)

Shift Double weekends at Baylor

• Obtain and administer prescribed medications and treatment following approved nursing techniques. Ensure residents' chart is current.
• Observe residents and record significant conditions and reactions. Notify appropriate parties of residents' changes in condition and response to drugs, treatments, and significant incidents.
• Take vital signs to detect deviations from normal and assess residents' condition.
• Keep residents' families and physicians informed of any changes in resident behavior, medications, or health conditions.
• Modify residents' care plans, care directives, Activities of Daily Living (ADL), and aide flow sheets in conjunction with residents' changes in condition.

• Current and unencumbered Oklahoma Registered Nurse (RN) License.
• Up-to-date First Aid and CPR certification.
• One or more years of experience in a skilled nursing or long‑term care environment preferred.
