The RN Supervisor Weekends will be responsible for supervising charge nurses and other caregivers, ensuring that clinical systems and programs are functioning as intended, and overseeing the care of the facility’s residents. You will play a key role in creating a positive resident experience by providing quality compassionate healthcare and be a key part of our mission to provide superior clinical care, rehabilitation, wellness, and supportive services that meet the wants, needs, and expectations of our patients and residents.

RN Responsibilities- Maintains appropriate nursing service objectives, goals, and standards of nursing practices consistent with licensure requirements and the Nurse Practice Act.
- Evaluates staffing pattern needed to meet the needs of the residents in conjunction with the Director of Nursing.
- Administers medication/treatments as prescribed.
- Observes patients, charts, and reports changes in patients' conditions.
- Answers patients' calls and determines how to assist them.
- Provides basic patient care or treatments.
- Works as part of a healthcare team to assess patient needs, plan and modify care, and implement interventions.
- Receives, transcribes, and implements physician’s orders.
- Implements and evaluates care plans.
- Identifies and secures equipment supplies.
- Directs and oversees subordinates.
- Participates in duty assignments.
- Organizes and coordinates subordinates, job tasks, and time allotments.
- Oversees and monitors the function and activities of subordinate staff.
- Evaluates staff performance and institutes appropriate disciplinary or training action.
- Monitors infection control compliance.
- Investigates and documents accidents and incidents.
- Other duties as assigned.
- Current, valid licensure as an RN in the state of practice is required.
- Experience in long‑term healthcare is preferred.
- Management/supervisory experience is required.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills are needed.
