Licensed Practical Nurse – Oklahoma City, OK

Acceler at Crystal Park – Mandatory 12‑hour shift with mandatory double weekend.

We are looking for an experienced Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to deliver patient care at a high‑quality long‑term and rehabilitative care facility. You will participate in and direct the delivery of patient care in accordance with facility clinical systems, regulatory requirements, and physician orders. You will be responsible for ensuring the highest quality services are delivered in a customer‑service‑friendly environment and will be a key part of the clinical team and resident care.

As an LPN at Acceler at Crystal Park, you will:

• Maintain nursing service objectives, goals, and standards of practice consistent with licensure requirements and the Nurse Practice Act.
• Evaluate staffing patterns needed to meet resident needs in conjunction with the Director of Nursing.
• Administer medication and treatments as prescribed.
• Receive, transcribe, and implement physician orders.
• Implement and evaluate care plans.
• Identify and secure equipment and supplies.
• Direct and oversee subordinates.
• Participate in duty assignments.
• Organize and coordinate subordinates, job tasks, and time allotments.
• Oversee and monitor the function and activities of subordinate staff.
• Evaluate staff performance and institute appropriate training or disciplinary action.
• Monitor infection control compliance.
• Investigate and document accidents and incidents.

• Current, unrestricted LPN license in the state of practice.
• Previous skilled nursing experience.
• Solid understanding of clinical operations and regulatory compliance.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
