At Interim Health Care of Oklahoma City, we've been locally owned and part of this community since 1999. Our staff volunteers with Meals on Wheels, we host monthly Veteran-to-Veteran coffees through our hospice program, and we show up for this city the same way we show up for our patients.
What you'll earn
Full time: $40 per visit | $100 Start of Care (SOC) | $75 Resumption of Care (ROC) | $60 Recertification
Part time: $35 per visit | $100 Start of Care (SOC) | $75 Resumption of Care (ROC) | $60 Recertification
Weekly pay every Friday.

What you'll do
- Provide skilled nursing care in the home following discharge from a hospital, rehab, or nursing facility
- Conduct assessments, document progress, and communicate changes to the physician
- Oversee LPNs, CNAs, and aides supporting your patients
- Educate patients and families on care plans, medications, and home safety
- Coordinate care goals and manage discharge from services
What we're looking for
- Active RN license in Oklahoma
- At least one year of nursing experience; home health experience preferred
- CPR certification
- Strong clinical judgment, communication skills, and a genuine passion for patient-centered care
- Reliable transportation
