Position: PRN Registered Nurse Med Surg Days at Northwest Surgical Hospital.
Essential Functions- Provides care to post‑surgical patients in Med‑Surg/ICU according to policy, procedure and care standards.
- Maintains knowledge of medications, equipment, expected patient outcomes post‑surgery/recovery, and anticipated complications.
- Coordinates patient care with multidisciplinary team.
- Acts to protect and advance patient’s best interest.
- Demonstrates the knowledge, skills and abilities to perform the duties outlined, and continually demonstrates competency.
- Current Registered Nurse Licensure with the State of Oklahoma required.
- Minimum of one year experience in Med‑Surg, Emergency, or ICU preferred.
- Basic Life Support (BLS) Healthcare required within 30 days of hire;
Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) required within 120 days of hire.
