Job Summary: Provide critical care for children and adolescents in a high‑tech Pediatric Intensive Care Unit (PICU). Collaborate with families, physicians, and the healthcare team to determine the best course of care and recovery.

• Provide care for children and adolescents, usually up to the age of 18, with life‑threatening or high‑acuity conditions that require constant monitoring.
• Prioritize careful monitoring of patients and report regularly to the pediatrician, families, and the rest of the healthcare team on patient status and progression toward recovery.
• Collaborate with families, physicians, and other healthcare professionals to develop and implement individualized care plans.

• At least 18 months of recent experience in an acute‑care NICU setting.
• Active RN license.
• PALS & NRP certifications.
• Degree from an accredited nursing program.
• Additional client‑specific requirements to be determined.
