Overview
The Clinical Supervisor ensures delivery of safe, high‑quality, and cost‑effective care by competent co‑workers, efficiently uses resources to meet productivity and financial goals, and collaborates with administrative personnel, physicians, and other co‑workers to improve processes across the continuum. They staff units appropriately, manage patient flow and bed issues with the Staffing Office, inspire a shared vision, model professional standards, encourage recognition, and provide mentorship and guidance to direct patients.
The supervisor holds care providers accountable for professional responsibilities and adherence to policy and regulatory guidelines, performing all duties in accordance with the Mission, Values, and Mercy Service Standards.
Full‑time Evening/Night Supervisor role.
Qualifications- Education:
Graduate of an accredited nursing program; preferred Bachelor's degree in Nursing. - Licensure:
Current RN license in the applicable state. - Experience:
3–5 years of hospital nursing experience. - Certification/Registration:
Current American Heart Association Healthcare Provider card or required course completed within the probation period (TNCC, ACLS, ENPC or PALS). - Skills, knowledge and abilities:
Strong human‑relations and communication skills (written, verbal, electronic); clinical competence in patient care delivery; ability to assess data and assist in appropriate care level decisions.

- Sign‑on bonus for full‑time RNs with >1 year of experience, paid over 2 years
