High Acuity NICU with Tuition Reimbusement Incentive!

We have an exciting opportunity for a Neonatal Nurse Practitioner (NNP) to join our established practice at Mercy Hospital in Oklahoma City and Norman Regional Hospital.

• Provide coverage at 2 Level III NICUs:
  • Mercy Hospital Oklahoma City, a 43-bed NICU with an ADC of 29
  • Norman Regional Hospital, a 26-bed NICU with an ADC of 14
• Assess critically ill neonates, attend high-risk deliveries, and see well‑newborns in collaboration with a neonatologist.
• Receive robust sub‑specialty and MFM support.
• Provide services including HFOV and jet ventilators.
• Work 12‑hour in‑house shifts averaging three shifts per week and every other weekend, allowing an ideal work‑life balance.
• Work in a private practice environment with a tenured staff of 6 neonatologists and neonatal nurse practitioners.
• Work in a close‑knit, community‑oriented team culture with robust hospital resources.

• Current APRN national specialty certification with specialized certification as Neonatal Nurse Practitioner (NNP).
• Minimum of a master’s degree.
