Role: Registered Nurse in a high‑energy Mother Baby and Obstetrics unit, primarily working night shifts at a full‑time 36‑hour weekly schedule.
Key Responsibilities- Provide comprehensive care for mothers, newborns, and surgical patients.
- Manage postpartum and well newborn care.
- Support high‑risk antepartum patients.
- Circulate cases in OR suites.
- Collaborate with full‑time Lactation Consultants.
- Ensure patient safety and comfort.
- Graduate of an accredited nursing program.
- Valid RN license in the state or compact licensure.
- Certifications in NRP and BLS (or obtainable within 30 days).
- Physical ability to lift up to 50 pounds, stand, walk, and perform various physical tasks.
- Ability to work in a fast‑paced environment.
- Strong communication and teamwork skills.
- Adherence to unit‑specific protocols.
- Commitment to ongoing certification maintenance.
