Emerald Care Center Southwest is seeking a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to provide direct nursing care to residents in a skilled nursing facility in Oklahoma City, OK. You will assess needs, administer medications, and collaborate with RNs, CNAs, physicians, and therapists to achieve positive resident outcomes.
The role requires Oklahoma LPN licensure, graduation from an accredited LPN/LVN program, and CPR/BLS certification. Prior SNF experience and strong communication are highly valued.
