Ennoble Care is seeking an experienced Advanced Provider (NP or PA) to deliver primary and palliative care to homebound patients in Northeast Oklahoma City. You will work under a physician, applying medical principles to diverse patients with chronic conditions.
Requirements include board certification in Oklahoma, strong clinical skills, and 1–2 years of primary care experience with geriatric patients. Hospice experience is a plus.
