American Traveler is hiring an experienced RN for a Med/Surg Tele position requiring 2 years of experience and an active RN license valid in Oklahoma or through the compact.

• Work in the Med/Surg Tele unit of a 24-bed hospital environment
• 3x12 Night shift schedule from 19:00 to 07:30
• Patient ratio of 1:4 to 1:6
• Uses Epic charting system
• Floating required to other units and, if needed, to other facilities within a 75-mile radius
• No block scheduling accommodations available

• Active RN license (Oklahoma or Compact) currently in hand, with no license restrictions or disciplinary actions
• Current certifications:
  Basic Life Support (BLS) and Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS)
• Minimum 2 years of Med/Surg Tele nursing experience required
• Epic charting system experience required
• Prior travel nursing experience not required
• Current, valid driver's license or state-issued  for consideration
• Utility bill in candidate's name with matching address (dated within the last 3 months) required for consideration
• Permanent address must be greater than 75 miles from the facility
• Two supervisory references required

• Provide direct nursing care to Med/Surg Tele patients including IV therapy, central line care, and telemetry monitoring
• Skilled nursing responsibilities may include wound care, chest tube management, and interpretation of dysrhythmias
• Maximum RTO of 5 days per 13-week assignment, with no holiday or blackout date requests permitted
• First-time travelers are welcome to apply
• Local candidates are not accepted; candidates must reside outside a 75-mile radius of the facility
• Former Integris employees must have a minimum 1-year separation from the facility to be eligible for this assignment
• Gaps of 3 months or more in work history must be explained
