RN - Rehab

We are seeking a dedicated Inpatient Rehabilitation Nurse to join our team. You will play a vital role in providing rehabilitation services for patients recovering from strokes, brain or spinal cord injuries, amputations, complex orthopedic injuries, and other conditions. Our facility is designed to promote healing in a low-stimulation, secured environment, enhancing patient care and recovery.

• Administer medication and treatments as prescribed
• Monitor patients' progress and adapt care plans accordingly
• Collaborate with healthcare team members to optimize patient recovery
• Assist patients with daily living activities and rehabilitation exercises
• Provide emotional support and education to patients and families

• Current RN license in the state of Oklahoma
• Experience in an inpatient rehabilitation setting preferred
• BLS certification required
