Current and valid DL or State issued  & Utility bill in the Traveler's name with matching address within the last three months. Address must be GREATER than 75 miles from contracted facility.

Special Procedures:

Unit takes MS and IMC level patients. They specialize in cardiology patients but admit any type of patient that is MS or IMC status.
Nurse to patient ratios are based on a safe staffing matrix dependent on the acuity of patients on the unit.

Common types of patients admitted:

Cardio thoracic surgery (pre op or post op day 1 CABG, Femoral bypass, Thoracotomy, VATS, CEA patients)
Patients requiring Cath Lab procedure (STEMI/NSTEMI, Coronary arterial disease)
CHF exacerbation
Symptomatic/nonsymptomatic bradycardia
Pacemaker (temporary or external pacemakers until permanent can be placed)
Dysrhythmias (Afib/Aflutter with or without RVR, SVT, Vtach with pulse, ect.)
Hemo/pneumothorax patients
