Per Diem Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) – Oklahoma City, OK

Ennoble Care is seeking a compassionate, dedicated CNA to join our growing hospice team in Oklahoma City.

• Provide care for a census of 5-6 patients daily.
• Assist with ADL activities, including personal hygiene, grooming, mouth and skin care, and nail care.
• Assist with toileting, positioning, and transfer activities; perform frequent turning and positioning of bed‑bound residents.
• Assist with prescribed exercise and ROM activities taught by the hospice nurse.
• Perform light housekeeping of an individual’s personal unit or room, including changing bed linen and patient laundry.
• Feed and assist with meals.
• Report any changes in resident’s or patient’s condition to the nurse.

• Must have a valid CNA license in the state of OK.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable mode of transportation.
• Authorized to work in the United States.
• Completed at least 75 hours of classroom and supervised practical training; prior to a mandatory 16 hours of practical training, 16 hours of classroom must be completed.
• At least 18 years of age.
• Ability to read and follow written instructions and document care given.
• Understanding of hospice philosophy and comfort providing specialized care to the terminally ill.
• Satisfactory references from previous employers.
• Self‑directing, able to work with little supervision; comfort with issues of death/dying and a calm demeanor in a patient’s home.
• Empathy for the needs of the ill, injured, frail, and impaired.
• Demonstrates tact, patience, and good personal hygiene.
• Licensed driver with an automobile that is insured per organization requirements and is in good working order.
• Successfully completes a probationary period documented by the supervisor and employee.
