Geisinger is seeking a Nurse Home Visitor to provide in-home visits to families enrolled in the Nurse Family Partnership in Northumberland County. This part-time role (20 hours/week) involves care coordination, education, and adherence to program protocols.
Preferred candidate has RN OB and/or Pediatric experience, with 2+ years in nursing and a BSN preferred. Travel to client homes is required, with occasional evenings to accommodate families.
