Quick Facts
- Location: Oklahoma City, OK (4300 West Memorial Road)
- Start Date: 04/28/2026
- End Date/Duration: Permanent
- Shift: Combination of 12-hour and 24-hour shifts, including on-call from home
- Hours/Week: Approximately 12 shifts per month (~18 days off)
- Employment Type: Full-time
- License/Certs: State licensure required;
Neonatal Nurse Practitioner certification preferred - Experience: Prior neonatal or pediatric experience preferred, new fellows encouraged to apply
- Hourly Rate: $1.00 (Pay package discussed upon application)

- Collaborate with Neonatologists to provide neonatal and newborn care across four Level II NICUs.
- Participate in rounds, assessments, and treatment planning for newborns and infants.
- Cover neonatal nursery shifts at Lakeside as needed.
- Provide on-call coverage from home for assigned units.
- Maintain detailed patient documentation using electronic medical records (EMR: Epic).
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives aimed at neonatal care excellence.
- Contribute to family education and support within the NICU setting.
Required:
- Valid state licensure as a Nurse Practitioner
- Neonatal Nurse Practitioner certification or credentials
- Prior neonatal or pediatric clinical experience
- Ability to work variable shifts including nights and on-call
- Residency within the immediate local area of Oklahoma City
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
