What You’ll Do
  • Collaborate with Neonatologists to provide high-quality neonatal care across four NICUs
  • Manage newborns in various Level II NICU settings, including Lakeside, Southwest, Canadian Valley, and Edmond
  • Support and coordinate care for neonates and their families
  • Participate in staffing assignments, including 12-hour shifts and on-call duties
  • Assist with newborn stabilization and initial assessments
  • Document patient care thoroughly in the EMR system (EPIC)
  • Contribute to a multidisciplinary team with a focus on safety and quality of care
What You Need
  • Valid NP license in Oklahoma or eligible for licensure
  • Preferred neonatal or pediatric clinical experience
  • Strong communication and teamwork skills
  • Ability to work independently and handle a fast-paced clinical environment
  • Residency within Oklahoma City metro area is preferred; relocation may be required
