Neonatal Nurse Practitioner - Level II NICUs in Oklahoma City, OK

- Licenses/Certifications: Neontal Nurse Practitioner license (or equivalent)
- Experience: Prior neonatal or pediatric clinical experience preferred
- Pay Rate: $1.00/hour (discounted rate; actual compensation to be discussed at interview)

- Collaborate with Neonatologists to provide high-quality neonatal care across four NICUs
- Manage newborns in various Level II NICU settings, including Lakeside, Southwest, Canadian Valley, and Edmond
- Support and coordinate care for neonates and their families
- Participate in staffing assignments, including 12-hour shifts and on-call duties
- Assist with newborn stabilization and initial assessments
- Document patient care thoroughly in the EMR system (EPIC)
- Contribute to a multidisciplinary team with a focus on safety and quality of care
- Valid NP license in Oklahoma or eligible for licensure
- Preferred neonatal or pediatric clinical experience
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
- Ability to work independently and handle a fast-paced clinical environment
- Residency within Oklahoma City metro area is preferred; relocation may be required
