Role Overview:
The Clinical Research Nurse (CRN) coordinates research studies, managing daily operational tasks related to clinical trials. Responsibilities include volunteer recruitment, inventory management, interacting with healthcare professionals and patients, and collecting and analyzing research data in compliance with regulations. The CRN also supports training, preceptor duties, and builds relationships with sponsors and CROs.
Qualifications:Requires a Nursing Diploma, Associate's, or Bachelor's degree, and a valid RN license. Experience needed: 2 years for Bachelor's, 3 years for diploma or associate's. Skills include patient assessments, effective communication, computer proficiency, and problem-solving abilities.
