Join a specialty pharmacy team as a Home Infusion Registered Nurse, delivering care in patients’ homes to improve health outcomes.
- Provide safe administration of specialty medications, including IV infusions, in patients’ homes.
- Partner with care teams to support holistic patient well-being.
- Document assessments, treatments, and progress accurately.
- Serve as the primary contact for patient updates and care coordination.
- Make clinical decisions independently to achieve optimal results.
- Active RN license and minimum 2 years of nursing experience.
- At least 1 year in critical, acute, or home healthcare.
- Proficiency in IV techniques.
- Valid driver’s license and ability to travel regionally.
- Willingness to do multiple patient visits, including some evenings and weekends.
BSN degree and experience in infusion therapy or specialty pharmacy.
