Role Overview:
This position is for a registered nurse working in a high-energy Obstetrics and Mother Baby unit, including Well Newborn Care, Post Women’s Surgical, and OB Emergency Department.
Nurses maintain competencies across Labor & Birth, Antepartum, and OB Emergency, with potential to float between departments based on patient needs.
Provide comprehensive patient care in a fast-paced environment, support lactation services, and ensure safety and quality standards are met.
Circulate cases in OR suites, assist with labor, delivery, and postpartum care, and collaborate with multidisciplinary teams.
- Graduate of an accredited nursing program
- Current RN license in the state or compact licensure
- Ability to lift, push, pull 50 pounds, and perform prolonged standing and walking
- Basic Life Support certification through the American Heart Association or completion within 30 days of hire
