Neonatal Nurse Practitioner – Level II NICUs – Oklahoma City, OK

- Start Date: Immediate or upon agreement
- Duration: Permanent, full-time role
- Shift: Approximately 12 shifts/month, including 12-hour, 24-hour in-house and on-call shifts, plus optional nursery coverage shifts
- Hours/Week: 36-40 hours/week
- Employment Type: Full-Time
- Certifications: Board Certified Neonatal Nurse Practitioner (required)

- Hourly Pay Rate: $1.00 (pay package discussed upon application)

- Provide neonatal and newborn care in four Level II NICUs across Oklahoma City.
- Collaborate with Neonatologists and multidisciplinary teams to develop & implement care plans.
- Manage acute neonatal issues, assist with procedures, and monitor patient progress.
- Cover shifts in the NICU and additional nursery shifts at Lakeside.
- Contribute to quality improvement initiatives and family education.
Required:
- Board Certified Neonatal Nurse Practitioner
- Residency within the immediate local area (relocation may be required)
- Experience working in neonatal intensive care
- Valid state license (or eligibility to obtain one) in Oklahoma
- Previous experience in Level II NICU settings
- Strong teamwork and communication skills
