One year of travel experience is preferred but will consider six months’ travel

Job Summary: Under general supervision, the RN Oncology - Surgical provides nursing care in a hospital setting to patients with health conditions ranging from simple to complex. This role involves patient care, documentation, assisting physicians, administering medications, monitoring physiological data, and interacting with patients and families to ensure comprehensive care.
Required Qualifications:
- 1 year of nursing experience.
- Knowledge of professional nursing theory, practices, techniques, and procedures.
- Ability to organize, plan, coordinate, and evaluate nursing services.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to respond effectively to cultural and language needs of patients and visitors.
- Basic computer skills.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Bachelor of Science in Nursing from a Board Approved Program.
Required Certifications & Licensure:
- Current RN License issued by the Oklahoma State Board of Nursing or a current multistate compact RN License (eNLC).
- Current Basic Life Support certification issued by the American Heart Association.
- ACLS certification (American Heart Association).
