Luxe Home Health is seeking a compassionate, dependable, and experienced full-time LPN to join our growing home health team in Oklahoma City & surrounding areas.

About the PositionAs an LPN with Luxe Home Health, you will provide skilled nursing care to patients in their homes while working collaboratively with patients, families, and the healthcare team.
The ideal candidate is professional, dependable, compassionate, and comfortable working independently in a home health setting.
Qualifications- Current Oklahoma LPN license in good standing
- Previous home health experience required
- Valid driver’s license
- Reliable transportation
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Ability to work independently and manage your daily responsibilities
- Compassionate, patient-focused approach to care
