F119 Heavy Maintenance Center Quality Engineer
The F119 HMC Quality team is seeking a highly talented and motivated Quality Engineer to join our team. The F119 HMC performs Maintenance, Repair and Overhaul of the F119 Engine in a public/private partnership with the US Air Force.
What You Will Do- Work closely with Quality Inspectors, Process & Methods Engineers, Operations Team to support MRO Operations.
- Demonstrate high level of customer focus, business judgment and teamwork.
- Communicate with various levels of management.
- Collect and analyze data to minimize workflow disruptions and eliminate nonconformances/escapes.
- Lead investigation of quality‑related work stops and turnbacks using Quality Improvement tools such as Relentless Root Cause Analysis (RRCA) and Quality Control Process Clinic (QCPC).
- Support and facilitate investigations to determine root cause and corrective actions while preventing future recurrence.
- Manage disposition and RRCA of quality escapes.
- Lead Quality System, process, and product audits.
- Assist 3rd Party Audits as required.
- Lead process improvement initiatives to increase organizational efficiency and effectiveness.
- Generate and modify applicable Quality System documentation to ensure processes and requirements are clearly defined.
- Bachelor’s Degree in a technical discipline or business field or equivalent experience and 2 years relevant experience.
- Travel up to 10%.

Onsite. Salary range: 68,900
USD – 131,100
USD.
