Location: Oklahoma City, OK, 8120 S Air Depot Blvd, SUSTAINMENT CTR, Dock 18
Position: F119 Heavy Maintenance Center Quality Manager – Onsite. U.S. citizenship required; active DoD Secret clearance required.
What You Will Do:- Lead the F119 Quality Inspection Team in validating final product quality, training inspectors, and certifying quality supervisors.
- Develop and maintain a qualified Inspection Team to support F119 Program Deliverables.
- Provide quality oversight of the overhaul process for F119 Engines and Modules at HMC OKC, covering inspection from Initial Induction through Final Customer release.
- Lead and collaborate on cross‑functional teams that support F119 Engine and Module Maintenance, Repair and Overhaul.
- Establish and maintain relationships with Government Partnership Focal Points to support program deliverables.
- Act as a focal point for issue resolution, working with engineering, operations, government partners, and customer support engineering to drive continuous improvement.
- Continuously evaluate and support processes impacting F119 HMC activities.
- Review metrics and lead data‑driven continuous improvement efforts.
- Support the non‑conforming material process within the F119 HMC Quality Non‑conforming Material Hold area.
- Train, mentor, and coach team members in the P&W Quality Management System.
- Oversee the First Article Inspection Process and F119 HMC quality metrics focusing on feedback loops and process improvement.
- Manage root‑cause and corrective actions for material and process non‑conformances.
- Engage with U.S. Government customers as required.
- Oversee the F119 Conformance inspection (CX) process and area.
- Support Specialty Technology Coatings (STC) quality processes and area.
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience with a minimum of 8 years of relevant experience, or an advanced degree with a minimum of 5 years of experience.
- Minimum 7 years of experience in quality assurance or with non‑conforming materials, first article inspection, MRB, and leading continuous improvement.
- ACE/CORE Associate (Lean Six Sigma equivalency).
- Master’s degree.
- Familiarity with FAA standards, particularly FAR 145.
- Experience supporting specialty coating processes (STC).
Salary range: $107,500 – $204,500 USD.
