Northrop Grumman Aeronautics Systems Mission Assurance Team is seeking a Principal Quality Analyst or Senior Principal Quality Analyst located in Oklahoma City, OK.

• Proactively manage Supplier Quality risk to drive down supplier escapes.
• Develop and implement supplier quality evaluation and control systems.
• Assure supplier process and product quality, including contractual, regulatory, and technical compliance.
• Interface directly with supplier personnel and be knowledgeable in and capable of assessing both supplier quality and manufacturing processes and procedures.
• Conduct product and process verification activities, monitor supplier quality performance, and drive root cause corrective action analysis for supplier quality issues.
• Support maintenance of the approved supplier list and periodically review supplier performance to determine whether suppliers should remain on the approved list.
• Manage supplier requests for waivers, deviations, and discrepancy reporting process.
• Keep management apprised of supplier performance, quality status, and risks. Coordinate and oversee Supplier Quality plan implementation through all program phases.
• Actively engage in supplier evaluation, qualification, and selection as part of the Business Acquisition Process (BAP) and as new procurements are required on existing programs.
• Manage implementation of Supplier Quality processes, including supplier approval activities, source selection evaluations, supplier classification designation (Critical, Key, and Standard), development and execution of risk assessments and mitigation plans, and supplier quality requirements development and flow‑downs.
• Travel to supplier as needed to support the program.
• Collaborate with engineering, manufacturing, hardware and software development functions to ensure quality standards are in place.
• Audit quality systems for deficiency identification and correction.
• This role may be filled at the Principal or Senior Principal level based on the qualifications listed below.

Work schedule:

9X80 (Mon–Thu every other Friday).

• Bachelor’s degree with 5 years of experience working in Supplier Quality or Manufacturing; or Master’s degree with 3 years of experience; or Ph.D. with 1 year of experience in the same fields.
• Knowledge of ISO 9001 or AS9100 requirements.
• Must have the ability to work on-site in Oklahoma City, OK.
• Must have an active US Government Secret Clearance and the ability to obtain and maintain special program access.
• Experience with SAP.

• Bachelor’s degree with 8 years of experience working in Supplier Quality or Manufacturing; or Master’s degree with 6 years of experience; or Ph.D. with 4 years of experience in the same fields.
• Knowledge of ISO 9001 or AS9100 requirements.
• Must have the ability to work on-site in Oklahoma City, OK.
• Must have an active US Government Secret Clearance and the ability to obtain and maintain special program access.
• Experience with SAP.

• Knowledge of statistical process control.
• Understanding of NADCAP certified processes.
• Certified in lean and Six‑sigma quality engineering methodologies.
• Experience with electronics, schematics, drawings, etc.

Primary Level Salary Range: $77,000.00 – $

Secondary Level Salary Range: $96,200.00 – $
