F119 Heavy Maintenance Center Quality Engineer What You Will Do
  • Work closely with Quality Inspectors, Process & Methods Engineers, and Operations Team to support MRO Operations.
  • Demonstrate a high level of customer focus, business judgment, and teamwork.
  • Communicate with various levels of management.
  • Collect and analyze data to minimize workflow disruptions and eliminate nonconformances/escapes.
  • Lead investigations of quality-related work stops and turnbacks using quality improvement tools such as Relentless Root Cause Analysis (RRCA) and Quality Control Process Clinic (QCPC).
  • Manage disposition and RRCA of quality escapes.
  • Lead quality system, process, and product audits.
  • Assist in 3rd Party Audits as required.
  • Facilitate investigations to determine root cause and corrective actions while preventing future recurrence.
  • Lead process improvement initiatives to increase organizational efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Generate and modify applicable quality system documentation to ensure processes and requirements are clearly defined.
Qualifications You Must Have
  • Bachelor’s Degree in a technical discipline or business field or equivalent experience and at least 2 years of relevant experience.
  • Travel up to 10%.
