PCSI is looking for a Quality Control Manager for our housekeeping contract at Reynolds Army Community Hospital. The Quality Control Manager develops, implements, and monitors quality and safety procedures. Conducting inspections and maintaining data in the quality management system (QMS) to document and improve sanitation processes of the housekeeping department is key part of this position's impact. The Quality Control Manager also works closely with the corporate Safety department to promote the site safety program and conduct safety meetings and trainings.
We're looking someone with experience leading or training people in environmental services or housekeeping in a hospital or other medical setting. This position is based out of Fort Sill near Lawton, OK and reports to the Corporate Quality department.
Typical hours are Monday-Friday, 7:30am-4:30pm,but some availability outside of regular hours may be required.
This position is planned to start September 2026.

What You’ll Do as Quality Control Manager:
Quality Control:
- Manage, maintain and promote awareness of the Quality Management System (QMS) in accordance with corporate quality directives and the ISO 9001 standard.
- Develop, implement, and monitor PCSI’s site-specific Quality Management System (QMS), validate operational controls are in place for all requirements and that quality inspections and/or audits are performed in accordance with the site-specific Quality Control Plan (QCP).
- Collaborate with and assist PCSI Operations in standardizing and implementing operational controls e.g., procedures/work instructions, checklists, training plans, etc.
- Conduct and document process and system inspections or audits using written procedures as standards for inspection.
- Conduct and document Scheduled and Unscheduled inspections of work performed and records maintained.
- Measure, monitor, and analyze processes and implement actions to meet goals and drive continual improvement.
- Obtain and maintain quality data required to support management review efforts at site/corporate levels.
Safety:
- Support all goals, objectives, policies and priorities for the PCSI Safety Program.
- Provide onsite employee safety, equipment, tool, and process training.
- Lead and drive compliance of PCSI’s safety and health program, promoting a positive culture of safety.
- Facilitate and conduct monthly safety meetings, required safety training, hazard inspections/assessments and all other safety related responsibilities in accordance with PCSI’s safety program.
- Lead all Mishap Investigations of accidents and incidents that involve PCSI employee injuries or property damage, while identifying root cause(s) and corrective actions.
- Review and update PCSI JHA, Job Hazard Analysis, for new work and/or changes of existing work to capture all hazards and controls relating to the employee’s scopes of work.
