- Friday / 5:30AM - 2:00PM Compensation:
Starting pay ranges from $22.60 to $31.30 per hour, based on experience. Additional earning opportunities may include performance-based incentives, quarterly bonuses, referral bonuses, and comprehensive benefits.
General
Purpose:
Performs standard micrometer adjustments, product testing procedures, and microbiological testing.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Analyze syrup, water, and beverage attributes throughout the production process
- Audit water quality, container rinsers, air blowers, filters, and coders to ensure proper operation
- Ensure complete and accurate records of process
- Identify, isolate, and analyze any product that does not conform to CCSWB standards
- Maintain lab instruments and equipment following established lab techniques
- Adhere to established company operating policy and procedure
- Calibrate instruments as required
- Train lab technicians
- Assist in troubleshooting water treatment, lab instrument/equipment failures, and product issues
Qualifications:
- High School diploma or equivalent
- Bachelor's degree in physical science and/or food industry experience preferred
- At least 1-year beverage production facility experience
- Ability to work flexible hours including weekends and overtime
- Ability to attend to fine details
- Ability to perform multiple tasks concurrently - Knowledge of and ability to use PC systems and software applications
- Ability to follow instructions presented through various formats
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment
- Ability to work in environments requiring personal protective equipment
