- Kerr Team as an Open House Host/Hostess! We're seeking an enthusiastic, people-oriented professional to help create a welcoming and engaging atmosphere at our open houses.
In this role, you'll be responsible for greeting visitors, guiding them through property tours, and engaging in meaningful conversations to identify potential buyers ready to make a move. If you love connecting with people and enjoy helping others envision their future home, this is a great opportunity to shine.
What You'll Do:- Welcome and engage guests at open houses
- Assist with property showings and answer basic questions
- Create a friendly, professional environment for potential buyers
- Ask thoughtful questions to discover interested home seekers
- Support the sales team by providing feedback and visitor information
- Outgoing, friendly personality
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Reliability and punctuality
- Previous real estate or customer service experience is a plus, but not required
