We are seeking an experienced and passionate General Manager to oversee the day-to-day operations of our full-service restaurant. The ideal candidate will bring a strong background in managing high-volume, full-service operations, with a focus on maintaining exceptional customer service and operational efficiency. You will be responsible for driving the success of the restaurant, leading the team, and ensuring that every guest enjoys an outstanding dining experience.

• Leadership & Staff Management: Lead, motivate, and manage a team of front-of-house and back-of-house staff, fostering a positive and collaborative work environment. Provide training, development, and performance feedback to ensure high standards of service and operational excellence.
• Operational Excellence: Oversee day-to-day operations, ensuring smooth and efficient service, and maintaining consistency in food quality, presentation, and cleanliness. Monitor staffing levels to ensure the restaurant operates efficiently during peak times.

  Ensure that every guest receives a superior dining experience. Address guest concerns promptly and professionally, maintaining a focus on customer satisfaction and loyalty.
• Financial Management: Manage and control costs, including labor, food, and beverage, to achieve budgeted profitability. Analyze financial data and implement strategies to meet or exceed financial targets.
• Inventory & Ordering: Oversee inventory management and ensure the proper ordering, receiving, and storage of food, beverages, and supplies, in alignment with the restaurant’s needs and budget.
• Compliance & Safety: Ensure compliance with all local health, safety, and food regulations. Uphold all company policies and procedures, including those related to food safety, sanitation, and employee conduct.
• Marketing & Community Engagement: Work closely with the marketing team to promote the restaurant and build a loyal customer base. Engage with the local community and develop partnerships that align with the brand’s values.

• Experience: Minimum of 3 years experience as a General Manager in a full-service restaurant, preferably in an upscale casual or scratch kitchen environment.
