The Food Prep Person is responsible for preparing fresh fruits and vegetables, including cutting, slicing, and peeling, to ensure the quality and freshness of our buffet offerings.

• Prepare items according to product specifications and recipes.
• Maintain inventory and update guides as directed.
• Ensure products are properly labeled, stored, and rotated.
• Follow buffet production systems to ensure quality and shelf life.
• Notify management of discrepancies or issues.
• Assist in maintaining a clean and organized buffet area.

• Maintain cleanliness of prep areas and equipment.
• Follow health department laws and safety standards.

• Assist guests and perform administrative tasks during meal periods.
