FOH Shift Manager

Patty Wagon located at 3600 N May Ave in Oklahoma City is looking for a dynamite FOH Manager! We are a locally owned business and we truly strive to create a happy and healthy space for all our employees!

Our ideal candidate is a self-starter, punctual, engaged, and must have a great attitude! Must have full availability Monday thru Saturday. We are closed Sunday.

• Interact regularly with customers ensuring a positive experience
• Coordinate and facilitate staff member's tasks to ensure timely execution
• Train and develop new team members to company standard
• Accurately process and reconcile shift payment transactions
• Motivate staff while working towards one goal
• Maintain an exceptionally clean work, dining and restroom area at all times

• Outgoing and engaging personality, with a positive attitude
• Strong communication and listening skills
• Able to resolve conflicts quickly and efficiently
• Able to remain calm in a high volume, fast paced environment, be organized and self motivated
• Experience in a leadership role is a definite plus, but not required, we will train
