Key ResponsibilitiesAs a Shift Leader, you will supervise operations on a shift‑by‑shift basis and assist the management team in providing team member support and coaching. Your role is crucial in ensuring tasks are performed effectively to help America Run on Dunkin’.

- Minimum age 18 years (or higher, per applicable law)
- Restaurant, retail, or supervisory experience preferred
- Passion for results by building teams
- Ability to follow all food handling procedures and sanitation practices
- Ability to lift 25 pounds at a time
- Must be able to stand for long periods, bend, lift, and reach over your head
- Exceptional time management, attention to detail, and guest service skills
- All backgrounds welcome; coffee lover or not
