The Server Assistant plays a crucial support role to the food service staff, responsible for clearing tables, removing used dishes, refilling water glasses and resetting tables for new guests. The role is crucial in maintaining a smooth and efficient dining experience, supporting the waitstaff, and maintaining the dining area in a clean and orderly manner. The must have good customer service skills as they will interact with guests in the dining areas.

• Follow up on all service details for Food Servers and Supervisors.
• Maintain work areas clean and organized.
• Maintain cleanliness of work area.
• Report all unsafe conditions immediately.
• Set and clear tables according to standards.
• Stock areas with linen, glassware and silver.
• Assist Servers in servicing the guest.
• Complete all opening and closing side work, as assigned to include stocking plates, silverware, filling coffee grinder, fill wine buckets, cleaning floor, wipe down booths and…
