What You’ll Do
  • Oversee all kitchen operations, including food preparation, cooking, and plating.
  • Develop and create innovative menus that reflect current culinary trends and guest preferences.
  • Lead, mentor, and train kitchen staff to ensure high standards of food quality and presentation.
  • Manage kitchen inventory, ordering, and cost control to maximize profitability.
  • Ensure compliance with all health and safety regulations and maintain a clean, organized kitchen.
  • Collaborate with the food and beverage team to plan special events, banquets, and themed dinners.
  • Monitor guest feedback and adjust menu offerings and services as needed to enhance guest satisfaction.
We’re Looking For
  • Previous experience as an Executive Chef or in a senior kitchen management role is required.
  • Strong culinary skills and creativity, with a focus on quality and presentation.
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate a team.
  • Knowledge of food safety regulations and best practices.
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
  • A passion for culinary arts and a commitment to delivering outstanding dining experiences.
