Position Overview

Location & ScheduleNorman and surrounding areas. 4:00 AM start time. Labor‑intensive shift with opportunities for flexible schedules.
Primary Accountabilities- Merchandise store shelving, coolers, and displays with assigned products.
- Rotate products in the backroom and on the shelf.
- Transport products to and from the backroom to shelf location.
- Use equipment such as U‑boats, hand trucks, and pallet jacks to move products.
- Display promotional materials such as signs and banners in accounts.
- Keep back‑room stock neat and orderly.
- Communicate store issues to store managers and Pepsi Co management.
- Build customer relationships at the store level.
- Comply with operating procedures (scan‑in/scan‑out, designated route, etc.).
- Service accounts during designated times established by management.
- Deliver customer service through communication, rapport building, and attentiveness to customer needs.
- Operate under minimal supervision (self‑managed role).
- Use handheld devices to write or input orders.
- Maintain regular, reliable, and predictable attendance.
- 18 years or older.
- Pass the physical capabilities test (if applicable).
- Must have a personal vehicle to access multi‑store locations within the assigned shift.
- Valid U.S. Driver's License.
- Proof of insurance.
- Experience working for a retail or grocery business (understanding store operations, back‑room inventory, stocking aisles, etc.).
- Experience moving products within a store using equipment such as u‑boats, hand trucks/dollies, and break‑down.
- Experience merchandising products (filling shelves, building displays, making products look attractive, rotating products, cleaning shelves, eliminating out‑of‑stocks and out‑of‑date products).
- Experience managing back‑room/stock‑room inventory (organizing pallets, stacking and storing inventory or products).
- Experience serving customers (handling complaints, responding to requests, or meeting customer needs).
For positions requiring a personal vehicle for a sales route, mileage reimbursement will be provided.
Because the material job duties involve regular field work and interfacing with employees, vendors, and customers, the Company will conduct a background check and drug screening pursuant to applicable laws.
