Position Overview

Norman and surrounding areas. 4:00 AM start time. Labor‑intensive shift with opportunities for flexible schedules.

• Merchandise store shelving, coolers, and displays with assigned products.
• Rotate products in the backroom and on the shelf.
• Transport products to and from the backroom to shelf location.
• Use equipment such as U‑boats, hand trucks, and pallet jacks to move products.
• Display promotional materials such as signs and banners in accounts.
• Keep back‑room stock neat and orderly.
• Communicate store issues to store managers and Pepsi Co management.
• Build customer relationships at the store level.
• Comply with operating procedures (scan‑in/scan‑out, designated route, etc.).
• Service accounts during designated times established by management.
• Deliver customer service through communication, rapport building, and attentiveness to customer needs.
• Operate under minimal supervision (self‑managed role).
• Use handheld devices to write or input orders.
• Maintain regular, reliable, and predictable attendance.

• 18 years or older.
• Pass the physical capabilities test (if applicable).
• Must have a personal vehicle to access multi‑store locations within the assigned shift.
• Valid U.S. Driver's License.
• Proof of insurance.

• Experience working for a retail or grocery business (understanding store operations, back‑room inventory, stocking aisles, etc.).
• Experience moving products within a store using equipment such as u‑boats, hand trucks/dollies, and break‑down.
• Experience merchandising products (filling shelves, building displays, making products look attractive, rotating products, cleaning shelves, eliminating out‑of‑stocks and out‑of‑date products).
• Experience managing back‑room/stock‑room inventory (organizing pallets, stacking and storing inventory or products).
• Experience serving customers (handling complaints, responding to requests, or meeting customer needs).

For positions requiring a personal vehicle for a sales route, mileage reimbursement will be provided.

Because the material job duties involve regular field work and interfacing with employees, vendors, and customers, the Company will conduct a background check and drug screening pursuant to applicable laws.
